Robert has been with us at Silo a little over a year now and has quickly proved himself a welcome addition. He comes to us with a background supporting technology across various industries.
“Thank you for Calling Silo Wireless. My name is Robert. How can I help you?’ That’s how many of our callers would first interact with me.” he explained.
Describing his job Robert tells us “I’d like to be that calming understanding voice for our customers. People call the Technical Support line when things aren’t working quite right, or not at all.”
“Often people have a question about our services and don’t know where else to go. I’m happy to help and feel great about working to resolve whatever issues them may have.” he adds.
Speaking about his co-workers Robert exclaims “What a good bunch of people to work with. I’m excited for the amazing things these people can bring to the community. The future looks quite bright here at Silo and I’m glad to be a part of it. ”
Robert shares his life with his wife Stacey and his two dogs Kirby & Stella.
