When asked to describe his role at Silo, the crux of Brayden’s answer was “make customers happy.”
As a member of our field technician team, Brayden is out installing new connections and solving problems.
“My favourite part is talking to customers, trying to give them the packages they want and making them happy,” he said.
Brayden was looking for an opportunity to make a career change from construction to something more tech-focused.
He saw a posting on Indeed and applied.
“I didn’t think I was going to get it because my resume wasn’t in the same field and was glad when I did,” he said.
Brayden is considering going back to school to gain more experience with technology.
He’s particularly interested in learning to fix machines and computers.
“I grew up with technology,” he said.
When he was a kid, he loved playing games. His favourite was the Sega Dreamcast fighting game, Power Stone.
He still enjoys playing video games but spends most of his free time playing basketball and hitting the gym.
Brayden’s biggest goal is to be a great father.
“I want to succeed and be a good role model that my daughter can look up to,” he said.
His daughter Lora turns 4 today! Happy birthday Lora!
