As the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) continues to result in closures and cancellations, there is even more demand than usual for the Internet to be working at peak performance so that families can stay connected, and employees can obtain remote access to their workplace. We understand that in times like these, our communities served are relying on robust Internet connectivity, and prompt solutions to any technical issues as they arise.
Until further notice, Silo’s office will be closed to the public to take precaution against the spread of COVID-19. We are committed to taking every step to keep our staff healthy and our network up and running.
If you wish to make a cash or cheque payment, a drop box will be available in the vestibule of our building. With your payment, please include your account number to ensure it is applied to the correct account. If you are paying with cash and require change, whatever is owed will be applied to your account as a credit. We will be unable to take credit card payments in-person, however you can apply these yourself using our online portal.
