Customer Concern/Complaint Resolution
Silo strives to be a leader in our industry when it comes to customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason you find that we are not meeting your needs when it comes to any aspect of your service(s), or customer experience, we want to know about it. Contact us with details regarding what we can do to resolve your pending issue, and somebody will promptly engage you to ensure we fully address your concerns.
If for whatever reason Silo has not been able to reach a resolution satisfactory to your needs, we would like to make you aware of the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS). CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, Internet, or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
