Due to the thunderstorms and heavy rains that are currently passing through our service area, some customers will be experiencing slow speeds, or intermittent connectivity. This is due to factors such as temporary rain fade in some instances, and for some towers, secondary network paths are being used due to equipment failure. In these cases the secondary paths ensure our customers remain connected, but speeds may be slower than usual. Once the weather safely allows, we will be visiting these affected sites to replace the damaged equipment. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we address these issues ASAP!
