When receiving this message the first step we recommend is rebooting your ATA device by unplugging the power wire and waiting 15 seconds and plugging it back in. Please also make sure the phone you are using is plugged into PHONE 1. Do not hit the ‘reset’ button as this will cause the ATA device to revert to factory defaults and have to be re-programmed again.
No. If you have more than one phone number they will ring the same. You can however add a second line to your service which will allow you to plug in a different phone for each number.
Yes!  You asked for it and we made it happen- with newly available equipment Silo Phone is now fax capable. Make sure you request fax capabilities duing the order process and we'll take it from there.
We do not recommend using Silo Phone on anything below our Platinum package.  However, it's important to understand that the faster your Internet is the more overhead you will have available for other uses. For example on the Platinum package your call quality may be great until a computer is being used to stream a video, but performing these same tasks at the same time on the Max 2 package may work without issue.
